The Engineering Project Manager will oversee custom application development for all facets of the organization. Applicants should have an engineering background with significant project management experience. Applicants should have experience in .NET and other MS tools and technologies, familiarity with CRM and CMS systems, as well as experience with very large databases. Individuals must be able to evaluate off-the-shelf solutions, manage multiple simultaneous engineering projects, and be comfortable interfacing with users and developers. Prior experience within a campaign, political organization, or vendor servicing such organizations is a plus.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. 1. Identification of organization-wide core technologies and standards
2. 2. Development of project requirements and technical specifications
3. 3. Development and execution of project plans and timelines
4. 4. Evaluation of existing technologies and solutions
5. 5. Hiring and management of external development teams
